    Why Infrared Drying

    Simultaneous Drying Principle

    Unlike a screw dryer, which heats indirectly through a heating wire, infrared converts light directly into heat and dries the material inside and out at the same time. Crystallization and drying finish in a single process.

    3-4 Independent Zone Control

    The rotary drying chamber is divided into 3-4 zones, each with its own infrared PID temperature control. Crystallization and drying temperatures can be set precisely to match the material.

    Unmanned Continuous Operation

    Rotation speed and crystallization/drying time are held automatically, enabling unmanned operation. The line can run 24 hours a day without a dedicated operator.
